I relapsed at 41 days a couple of weeks ago after achieving a streak of 64 days previously. Now it feels like I can’t even go a week with pmo. For two weeks know I have been watching and masterbating to porn and I feel like I have completely reset my brain back to the way it was when consuming a lot of porn.I don’t know what to do to get back to the stage in my life where I was going through long streaks without pmo and any other sexual stimuli. A part of me feels like I won’t ever be able to get rid of porn in my life. What should I do???

Identify the cause of this habit.
    Something is provoke that
    Anxiety, stress, problems without solve?.
Make a prevention plan , study your urges, what days they apears , in what situations, is a way to escape from this.

Doing pmo is just the effect of a cause.

  3. First, a lot of us have been through the same thing, and it does happen. I wonder if something happened that brought out a lot of stress in you, like maybe school ending for the year or a new job, or perhaps some upset in your life. It needn't be a major event. If you honestly cannot think of anything, okay, then you may have to rediscover the fire that got you to try quitting PMO in the first place. Begin by thinking you a total beginner again. And do that every day. Because in the end, the streaks are no guarantee of continued success.

Can’t rest on laurels. Every relapse, and every streak, has its own personality. Approach each relapse, and reset, with as much respect as the first time ever. Not only are you capable of “getting back” to long streaks, your capable of going the rest of your life. The key is to get over those first few days. Once there’s momentum pushing you, things compound. There’s a whole community rooting for you and here to offer support.
