Type of Yoga suggestions please

    Any type of yogo and step to control those feelings.. Looking for a valuable guidance..

    Do you have any injuries or structural problems with your body? If so Iyengar which focuses on alignment is probably a better way to go, (and they have certifications) if not it doesn't matter as much.

    Whatever you do give it some time to work, and be consistent - like daily - for like two weeks. Given this issue some hip openers might be called for, especially if there are structural issues there, if thats the case you may have more feelings for a little while, but that's just by virtue of it being more open and isn't a bad thing. With consistent practice you can get used to it without it making you act out. Don't react if in the short run you feel your libido more, which doesn't mean you have to M.

    Oh BTW I've been doing alternate nostril breathing just for 5 minutes before I come online.
