    I wonder if you use the "death grip" when you masturbate (i.e. hold your penis very tight). That is one reason why you cannot cum during intercourse. You can create a level of pressure with your hand than you would ever experience inside a vagina or even an anus.

    Yes, IGY is right. All these years of PMO and hard grip are causing you this.
