Uncontrollable Urges Yesterday . day 22

    Yesterday Night I felt Uncontrollable Urges, never have I ever felt such a way in past 22 days. I really dono whats going with me. Yesterday night suddenly i felt the urge and it was impossible to control but somehow I managed to get over with. Is it normal. Today still am feeling uneasiness , urge is not so strong for now.

    Can anybody explain
