I faped 2-3 times a day since 4 years, sooner after some time i started noticing side-effects of it. I tried not to masturbate but "i am not able to sleep without it, i found an idea to get sleep without masturbate", in which "i used to think about my sexual fantasies to get sleep without masturbation" but using this technique not able to control urges for very long time. I found it very difficult to be socialize with other persons, lack in presence of mind, i ignore every things going around in my life, learn nothing. The day i noticed changes due to porn addiction and masturbation, so i started going gym and doing other heavy physical work for getting sleep without masturbation and it works for sometime. But not able to maintain it for very long time.
dude, i know exactly what you mean. i have this weakness for beautiful women and makes it very difficult. but i also know and believe this : the longer you stay without porn the better you will feel !
Try this, when you cant sleep get some headphones and play some "hype" "epic" music something that makes your heart race something that gets you going. Do this for long enough and after an hour or so you will not be able to keep up the "hype" and you will be super tired.
You may have some sleepless nights at the beginning and feel restless but eventually your body will get used to it and you will sleep much better once you've become adjusted. Don't give in to the temptation it's not worth it keep reminding yourself why you're doing this and stay strong
