After abstaining from watching porn or even masturbating, I noticed a few physical and psychological effects. I'd appreciate if you listed what you noticed and we could peer review this.

    Physical:
    1. I got 2 wet dreams in a 3 weeks period.
    2. I don't get hard as often as I did before.
    3. I am more in control of my ***** (it feels more connected to my mind now rather than a proverbial snake loose in my pants)

    Psychological:

    1. I don't objectify women as much and when I do I notice it straight up.
    2. There is a general shame in checking out girls the way I used to.
    3. Hesitation in regards to sex / masturbation, it's more a decision now than a habit.
    4. I feel like I want to watch porn more than I want to have actual sex.

    Hypothesis:

    1. Porn corrupts the mind.
    2. Continuous sexual gratification weakens the mind's control over male sexual organs over time.
    3. Porn wrecks the natural sperm production / ejaculation cycle. (Can't prove this one but I suspect it)
    4. Frequent use can make the user see the opposite sex / same sex as sexual objects.
    5. With prologue PMO sexual intentions and lust become a norm.
    6. Sex becomes an urges rather than a rational decision.
    7. Porn gives people more control, while sex doesn't
    8. Porn is more about fantasy, kinks, fetishes and the ideal sex.
    9. The dopamine release after PMO is higher than sex.

These points may not have clear scientific basis but they reflect my personal views and some things I linked together

I thought of adding this weird point, Abstaining from food or fasting takes my mind of sexually deviant ideas and reduces the urge for sexual gratification. This point is pretty scientific and well backed by scripture and guru's, personally it works for me. Also foods high in Sugar seem to do quiet the opposite and make the whole NoFap thing way tougher..
