Call me old fashioned, but have you considered going to a doctor?

Yeah, I saw three different doctors and they all told three different things. One was that I'm 'imagining' it (not true) and the other is because I'm getting old and so this is 'loose skin', again not true!

I don't remember the third reason, but it was as equally as unhelpful and absurd.

This awful condition is still going. My arse is certainly looking more noticeable now! (not for a good reason!). This is actually now stressing me more than the PIED itself!! (At least I know PIED can be cured!)

I stumbled on this article: https://www.blaineywellness.com/wp-...ow-to-avoid-excess-estrogrogen-production.pdf

Basically, it seems, that me doing NoFap is possibly the equivalent of 'injecting' myself with Testosterone (as I understand NoFap increases your testostrone - and this is not necessarily a natural process, btw.)

Anyway, if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

    Thank you.

    Do you have moon face?

Look in another direction. By not watching porn or masturbating, you are not producing a significant increase in testosterone. There is one study that suggests that you get a very short-term increase at the end of one week - which quickly returns to baseline afterward.

You are resetting dopamine receptors by doing Nofap. You are not increasing testosterone.

No, I don't have any other symptoms. (apart from low sex drive, PIED, lack of arousal to real sexual stimuli - ie, the problems associated with my prior PMO days)

Im not really sure what you mean when you say I'm resetting my dopamine receptors - how long will this go on? I've been PMO free since August 2017.

If you have been free of porn and masturbation for more than two years and you are not tapping your dopamine receptors in any other huge way (drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, video gaming), then you must have some other physiological problem.

Maybe your testosterone is low. Or, maybe your estrogen is high. You won’t know unless you have those things tested.

Yeah, i'd say this is probably because of the emotional stress I have been enduring for at least the last 10 years - it feels as though my brain has been feminized!

I definitely have low testosterone, as I'm no longer building muscle easier and I don't get the pump anymore. I don' think it's high estrogen (though it could be!) as I don't have man boobs.

I'm just so confused and fucked off with this thing. It's always one thing or another that stops me or will stop me from having a GF. I fucking hate my life with venom!!

Apart from a rise in testosterone after 7 days of not ejaculating, nofap does not cause higher testosterone. This is a common myth.

I would try intermittent fasting, some people have had great success in it for weight loss and also it has some mental benefits, along with longevity benefits. Diet wise i would stick to whole foods. Plants, some meat, fruits. I would highly recommend limiting bread and suger.

This weird thing is still at it.

It's now looking almost likely it's due to me stopping my PMO habit (that's when it roughly started). I stumbled across an extract from a book called The Testosterone Syndrome: The Critical Factor for Energy, Health, and Sexuality-Reversing the Male Menopause (attached extract).

Basically in the extract it states that the increase of Estrogen is possibly to reduce the testosterone induced/ing sexual activity.

But this is confusing, why would my brain increase estrogen for the above reason when I've actually stopped all sexual activities?

Can anyone shed light on that?

I need to find the book and read it!

Possibly emotional stress and stress, yes! I keep thinking my brain is being feminized! How do I reverse it???

  15. First thing stop thinking that your brain feminized. You got man brain. It just working maybe in stressed mode.
Do you still meditate? I do not.

I suggest a book, that maybe new info for you:
"The Ultimate Guide To Red Light Therapy: How to Use Red and Near-Infrared Light Therapy for Anti-Aging, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Performance, and Brain Optimization"

I mediate but for about 10-20 minutes. I think moderate meditation in a balanced life has its use.

Also, it's funny now that I've stumbled across this clip:

That clip also shed more light about what I possibly have (so that's two clues I've stumbled on in two days - getting closer! looool..)

Basically, the premise of the clip is the factors that contribute to the decline of testosterone-Estrogen ratio. If one is stressed, aromatase converts testosterone to estrogen. Also, when you're fasting from dopamine, your brain produces less testosterone - which again explains it in regards that this weight gain started when I quit PMO.

The thing is though, I have not been feeling stressed or even emotionally stressed (paring the odd occasion) for nearly a year now, so I'm not sure how long is my brain supposed to be in stressed mode for. And to be honest, there are no other physiological signs showing that I'm stuck in fear/fight/flight mode.

Have you tried it? If so, what is the outcome?

  19. Just saying one goal of meditations is getting rid of our desires, if I understood well. That mean all desires i guess, at the end. In my opinion it fck up your brain, I would not advice anyone to meditate. If someone want to message me with "meditation is so good, there is science about that!..", please first use google, and learn what kundalini syndrome mean. Thank you.

Exactly that happen, you wrote. Stress = more cortisol + estrogen, but less testoserone. You know if someone stressed too long they do not really feel that anymore, but they still stressed, you know i mean something like if someone pinching you it hurt badly at first, but later you feel that less and less. You know if you were stressed once you are not stressed anymore.

Reading about DHT will be interesting too, that is the more receptor active hormone made from testosteron. I guess best thing someone can do to max these hormones are learning how to keep circadian rhythm + exercises(cardio + isometric) + good sleep habits, even taking a nap when someone able in afternoon. You can give spike of your DHT levels by doing some isometric exercises more times in a day. I advice isometric because less chanche to hurt yourself with them and they engage lot muscle mass, and you can do them in long term. I do them few minutes, more times a day.

Yes, I bought a lamp, and doing red light therapy since middle of January. If you combine that with exercise someone will see better results for sure. In short it works, those thing that books telling about in my experience are true. But I advice for anyone before investing in red light therapy please first check possible side effects. It also not a good idea to shine those light on tumors.

Anyway it can help greatly with withdrawal side effects, like depression, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, hormonal imbalances. The book writes about them in great details. I will open a topic about my experience with red light once i hit 4 month use, for sure!

    Thanks for the info.

I googled Kundalini syndrome, its symptoms I haven't experienced.

I do plenty of exercise, if I didn't have that estrogen arse, I'd be in really good shape.

I can't stop MOing at the moment - so frustrating.

At times, after I MO, I feel sort of sick about it. I don't know how to explain it, it's not guilt or saddness about losing progress, just a feeling of biological sickness or irritation that I experienced after the orgasm.

In fact, my orgasm these days rarely feel good - they sort feel good but only in its motor intensity, not necessarily in feeling euphoric inside my head!

I just feel I'm fucked up beyond repair.
