Discussion in 'Rebooting - Porn Addiction Recovery' started by Depressed&Out, Jan 3, 2019.

  1. I wrote those line for others about kun syndrome, was not directing to you! Yeah I know how sh!t that when i can not stop, addicts brains are like that, you have to find the way that can stop you from doing MOing until your brain learn the new habit of not MOing.

Here is the book I talked about:

    Hello man @freedom_Taker,

do you still believe in this theory?

  3. So far it still stands...
However age could affect how fast your metabolism is as well.

Cortisol promotes fat growth in the stomach in order to protect vital organs. Not on the arse.

Growing a booty like of a Pornstar now! :( This is ridiculous how NoFap has messed up my hormone levels. :(

Fucking hate my existence. The older I get the sicker I get about being alive!

  8. Take a full hormone test. It's not normal. Good luck.

  10. thank you for posting some truth in regards to so much crap and bullshit posted around nutrition

please dont fal for the IIFYM meme

follow the above advice and your golden.

i myself focus more on carbs as protein really beacuse that works better for me
i eat rice by the pound and i am lean as fck

    :p

  11. if you want really my best advice youll have to track one or two days on

    www.chronometer.com

than i can tell you exactly what your problem is (except from underlying health conditions like low testosterone or high estrogen/high prolaction/high cortisol)

but we can rule out the nutrition side of things

also a good indicator of health and diet is head hair. whats your hair quality? is it thin /thick do you have any hairloss?

  12. as a first advice toss out the whey, yoghurt and bread.

Whey and yoghurt are estrogenic hence why you can gain fat on your hips and ass.

Unfortunately the fat gain is still happening. :( I'm getting an arse that sticks out now and it's going to be much more embarrassing once it gets bigger and bigger. When I sit, it's the worse; you can see it much more as it spreads on the seat.

I feel more insecure and hopeless about this than the actual PIED!

Has anyone heard of anything about this being related to NoFap? Because it started few month into NoFap journey. My diet and exercise regime is fine. Pretty sure it's not related to stress.

I have had a rise in Testosterone levels. Before Nofap it was around 12-14nmol. After I started NoFap, it's been around 20-25 nmol. I'm guessing the 'excess' testosterone has been converting to estrogen (hence the fat gain around the buttocks).

I just don't know if this thing is permanent or not! It's so bizarre :(. I've found nothing on the internet about it.

I've low t and recently started taking testogel in the UK prescribed by a doctor, my body is recomping. Get on trt, recomp your body and come off when levels are optimal or stay on if right to do so.

  15. Don't know what else to tell you. But it seems a case of hormones going disproportional. I've had it for a long time till things started returning to normal.

How long did it take for it to return to normal? Did you get the same side effect as me (doubt it!). If not, what would you say were the side effects? @Freeddom_Taker

Thanks. I will look into that. However, my problem seems to be too much T. I was in good shape when I had T levels of 10-14 - no probelms building muscle or burning fat.

Anyway, good to see you posting back here @bigleboawski729

  18. About a year+... It's from too much of pmo. Your organs are in schock and as a result they protecting themselves from the reboot. They're from the brain and the guts. What will save is Time and not relapsing.
I couldn't wear the pants I used naturally to...And I don't eat much. I used to have body disproportionate like below waist, ass area become huge. I used to wear skinny and had to buy baggy clothes.

My upper to lower back made a hole like a curve. It started from the upper looking "femalish." Now it's the lower part that still repairing to get back as it was. I think it's a result of lack of nutrients from semen. If I relapse I'm in trouble with huge brain fog, suicidal, stay in bed most of the times, trouble to breathe normally.

Basically I was in a hellish hole 2 years ago.

I relapsed to PMO twice in the last 8 months or so. That's following a 3 year no PMO. Do you think my chances of stopping this fat gain has been hindered badly? It's been happening for over 3 years now.

I'm not really experiencing much symptoms apart from the PIED, lack of feelings when seeing a real sexual stimuli and the fat gain.

How are you feeling now, btw?
