No, I am no longer attending support groups but I know that they are out there should I need them. I don’t think we can ever say that this will be behind us, but I know I don’t need it in my life and that is what helps keep me going, that and the amazing, incredible support of my wife

Thank you - I know how incredibly lucky I am to have someone who sees something more in me than I see in myself and who is willing to put up with the short term awfulness - though I think if I hadn’t tried to take a major handle on it things may have been more difficult.
