    WOW WHAT A WEEK!!!!

    I did it!!! Man it feels like its been forever since I have gone an entire week without PMO. What a turn around too!!! I have literally gone from a really low point in my life just a week or so ago to getting another NoFap streak.

    So what has this week been like? Well surprisingly its been easier then the last few times I tried to do this challenge. I did complete the challenge once but failed on day 8. But thats not gonna happen because I have some tips not only for some first timers but for myself that I will be using to continue my journey.

    1. DONT THINK ABOUT IT
    Whatever you do just dont think about it. Look this might seem impossible but listen I have struggled for over a year trying to break this addiction and this week porn didnt even come across my mind once for 5 days in a row. Its called the porn is not an option mindset. I saw a video a few years ago when I first got rid of this problem on this state of mind. All you have to do is remind yourself every single day that porn is not an option because YOU'RE BETTER THEN THAT FAKE SHIT!

    2. DISTRACTIONS
    Create as many distractions as you can. Read books, watch tv, do that one project youve been wanting to do, do something to get your mind off of PORN. This is one of the most important keys because if you have nothing to do you will get bored and those temptations will start eating you from the inside until you give in.

    3. FIND A NEW HOBBY
    Alright now this is something I have also struggled with. I am a lazy ass Im not gonna lie. But its a working progress. Why? Because I have taken peoples advice of get or find a new hobby to replace your porn addiction. I kid you not this piece of advice is in 90% of advice given online on how to overcome your porn addiction. So last week I decided to go out and renew my membership for the gym and lose some weight but this time I am doing it right. I signed up for a fitness trainer. So right now I am just trying to find out how to lose weight and damn has it really helped me. I feel so good after going to the gym that it gets me in this mindset of yeah I can do this.

    So in the end it was a pretty easy week. I did have a big battle today but obviously I won that and now its time to put this week behind me and move onto the next!!!!!! 14 DAYS here I come!!!!!!

    That's an awesome outcome. I really like the three tips you shared to keep porn out of one's mind. The gym will be fun too - and have the benefits of improving health and fitness. All the best for week two!
