    Hi all! I would like a bit of guidance as I am fairly new to Nofap!

    For my entire life, I have only ever been able to O by using my hand and struggled to stay hard during intercourse. I came across Nofap and decided to give it a go.

    Today is day 13 and I am already seeing improvements. I am able to maintain an erection during sex with my girlfriend and have been able to O twice from oral (this is something I’ve also never been able to do). I am very happy with the progress so far and can tell my girlfriend is enjoying sex again.

    My question is, will I eventually be able to O off sex if I continue with Nofap?

    We want to have children eventually so obviously it’s an issue that needs to be sorted.

    I am exactly in your spot brother. From my understanding yes, we shall be able to orgasm during sex after a period of Nofap, just be patient. Me and wifey want to try for kids too but it is so embarrassing. I am just on day 3 but I can already feel the difference, but I don't want to rush and harm my self-confidence. I am going to complete the nofap challenge for atleast 90 days.

    Yeah, we have had heated arguments about this. And it's worse when she starts doubting that the problem may lie with her and not me.

    That's why it is very important to make the partner aware of the problem. Bcoz otherwise, we keep digging ourselves deeper into the well of self-doubt. Any sort of encouragement from the partner is worth it's weight in gold at this stage.
