    Hello I'm Forward Path, and i don't really know if this is a relapse i was browsing the web and some how i just typed in and stuff popped up and i grabbed my ding dong, is this a relapse?

    do what you feel will help you keep your streak most. I wouldn't count it as a reset bc doing so would make me less motivated to go on. you controlled yourself. congratulate yourself for it. and don't do it again
