Urges are getting out of hand

    I'm on day 47 (new record :)) and ever since i got a "semi wet dream" 3 days ago, the urges are getting a little too extreme

    My body temperature is going up, I'm feeling hot inside
    I'm feeling headaches
    My self esteem has gone to shit

    And ever since this happened, I've been seeing all kinds of triggering images on Instagram and especially on TV

    Any sneak peak of titties will get me horny as hell

    Help me get through this. I really don't want to let my all-time high record go down the drain just because i saw titties for 0.5 seconds whether on tv or Instagram

    One way to stop those urges is to start doing something that will keep your mind occupied.
    Watching a movie may not be the best idea.You need something that requiers you to stay fully focused.
    Start reading a book,learn something new,etc...

    You can also go to a place where you can't possibly watch porn or fap.Go out with some friends,take a walk,everything is good as long as you're not alone in your bedroom.

    Remember.One of nofap's main purposes is self development.Use the time you would have wasted fapping wisely.Don't just sit around fighting the urges.

    cut tv and social media especially this time and probably hit gym,or do exercise at home

    Instagram for me was a main trigger too, just delete that sh*t up, best thing i have done, or at least unfollow the accounts you consider "dangerous"
