Urges keep coming back and stronger

    Guys,

    I am at day 10. Have been able to control urges so far with the suggestions from this forum. But they come back stronger and sometime i think of edging and somehow i have been able to manage not doing it but its looks very fragile. Can anyone share tip how do we handle these recurring urges, esp when i am alone in the room or late at night.

    Don't have internet access when alone at night. Turn off your phone or shut down the router. Keep your computer turned off or far away. Don't lock your bedroom door, keep it open as much as possible. Eliminate privacy during times when you are most vulnerable.

    You must keep your devices far away because PMO is primarily an Internet Addiction. Don't self-sabotage by keeping screens and devices within reach 24/7.

    If it comes to night time as @alphakadabro said, staying away from technology whenever you have urges or whenever you have the chance to do so will really help. Another tip is try excercising if you feel an adrenaline or a dopamine rush, drop down straight away and do push ups as much as you can. Being busy all the time will help you clear the urges in your head, try to be creative and productive through out the day it'll make you very very busy.

    Thanks Buddy for the Tip. Will surely do that. Also noticed you are at 55 days. I have never been at 55 days ever since i started PMO. Congrats bro

    Hey, yeah i need to keep myself away from internet. Will try reading a book at night or may be chit chatting with others. And congrats for 45 days ... keep going...m looking forward to the day when i achieve 30 day mark!

  6. Try to go for a longer walk and think to yourself why are you doing this. Think about what negative things this habit has brought to you.
    If possible try to be less near your pc or your phone.

    Me too, I'm on day 14 hardmode but I'm have fucking strong urge these few days. My dick just gets erection for the whole night, I can't sleep!

    Yes getting disonnected from Phone/PC and the location seems to be the only way out. I try reminding myself how regretful every decision of 'only edging' has been in the past. Will try to walk everyday. My exercise is 0 at the moment. May be i will get tired and fall asleep

    Seriously Man! it gets so restless at times. Sleep gets disturbed, concentration at day suffers. I never thought it would be so tough to break this addiction. I keep visiting this forum every day to get some motivation from all of you friends who are in this journey. M strongly trying to avoid seeing any Pic of hot girl even on social media platforms to avoid adding fuel to the fire.
