Hi, I'm actually doing my undergraduate thesis and I need to be pluged to the computer a lot, mostly on nights...My question is, how do you deal with the Urges, I'm a bit stressed for my undergraduate thesis and tunrs out that I use Porn and masturbation as a relaxing stuff, what do you think ? beating and addiction an making my thesis are compatible ?

Hi @veteranretired ! Welcome to NoFap. Sorry I am not exactly sure how to get started on NoFap while writing a thesis but I just want to say welcome to the forum. And that I think coming here every day has helped me make it without PMO so far.
