Hi, I'm actually doing my undergraduate thesis and I need to be pluged to the computer a lot, mostly on nights...My question is, how do you deal with the Urges, I'm a bit stressed for my undergraduate thesis and tunrs out that I use Porn and masturbation as a relaxing stuff, what do you think ? beating and addiction an making my thesis are compatible ?
