I was wondering if there was people out there who have had particularly Urine Frequency with Odd back pain, stomock pains that seem to move around come and go. I have had urine frequency say averaging 100mm, 15 times in 24 hrs (sometimes more or less times and amounts) I have had a blood test urine test which the doctor says is fine, is this all down to chemicals etc? I have had this for about 10 yrs really, and I haven't managed 30 days NoFap, more like a few (although I am trying at the moment) Any body with similar bladder problems, did they go away etc?? Should i go back to the doctor or will they just not find anything again. Thanks.

See a urologist. Go back to doctor. When did you go last to doctor?

Did see the Doc a couple of years ago, but they found nothing, so i presume its all self caused, I have suffered a lot of stress as well, I have a daughter with a failed relationship (imagine Donald trump and Hillary clinton having a baby and make it 10 times worst) definately find being around people extremely difficult, there always seems somthing that you can fundamentally fall out with anyone about, I guess stress and fap could cause these symptons over many years, if its all self caused then the Doc won't find anything etc, I was wondering if its more the fap or the stress or both, are there people out there with chronic PMO but with none of these symtoms, No abominal pain/ back pain, stumock pain, No Urine problems, headaches (depression anxiety) but just the fap (maybe tired irritable etc though) I guess Nofap is all the Doctor is going to say, if they even say that, the last one suggested no tea or coffee? Are there people out there with none of these symptons with the fap. Could go through a lot of tests and just get told look go away it self help type thing. Thanks

    it appears to be
Benign prostate enlargement which is treated with pills, not caused by fapping. the urologist has given pills for this.
