Using nofap to recover from hearbreak

    Hi all

    So my girlfriend and I recently parted ways, her decision, and it feels pretty awful. I was just wondering if anybody has tried nofap during a period of heartbreak and did it help with a quicker recovery?

    Haven't but I suppose it could give you something to focus on. Getting over a relationship means doing positive things, like working out, taking care of yourself, pursuing hobbies etc.

    Yeah, I think it could help.

    You should be on NoFap if you have a passion and a resolve because it will help you have energy to grind and hustle.
