I don't want to have any kind of relationship with any girl, I just want to stay alone for my entire life. To eradicate all the lusty thoughts from my head and kill my libido, I decided to try noFap.

Its been 1 week since I abstrained from PMO, and its not even helping me one bit. My sex drive keeps on increasing day by day, I feel so restless that I can't even concentrate on my studies. What do I do? How do I kill these urges once and for all??

You can’t eradicate lusty thoughts. It’s part of being human. Just focus on something. Go gym, it burn the sexual energy

Urges will never go away you will only build stronger personality to handle them. Sexual energy is part of you and will always be.

As someone who is in a 10 year relationship I can say it's not a bad thing to not want a relationship. First you have your honeymoon period, then as the years go on you start resenting your partner more and more because you realise that she is not your soul mate. Well that has been my experience anyway. Once you come to that realisation you then have to try justify the last 10 years of your life and all the opportunities you missed because you wasted your time with the wrong person. It works both ways though. You have wasted her time as much as she has wasted yours. I honestly think PMO made me realise I will never be happy with one woman. As you get older though the opposite sex don't really pay much attention to you so your better off focusing on your own hobbies and being self sufficient. Eventually we will have virtual worlds where we can bang as many virtual woman as possible. Men will become the new feminist that don't need the opposite sex to feel superior.

Why did you marry someone that is not your soul mate. I cannot understand how it takes years to realise this. Isn't that what courting is for?

Whoa, patience buddy! One week! Just one week after a 5-6 year addiction! You cannot seriously expect a raft of benefits in so short a time. Imagine someone that is obese, beginning a weight loss programme. They will likely lose between 1-3 lbs per month! A nicotine addict is unlikely to notice any changes within the first seven days of abstinence. In fact, in many of these examples, the cravings are likely to intensify and increase. These are withdrawal symptoms, to be expected.
