    Guys

Let me suggest dan from www.badboylifestyle.com to help you.
Been following them for 5- 6 years and they have good stuff:)

  2. When you refer to porn like any other drug and how it is ok in moderation is consuming Heroin and cocaine good in moderation? ... don't think so ...

There is such a huge difference between watching a little porn on a rare occasion and trying an extremely unsafe drug.

You can't seriously compare the effects of consuming porn and shooting up heroin, think drugs like alcohol or marijuana and the comparison becomes reasonable. There's nothing inherently wrong with those, but you still mustn't let them take control of your life and happiness.
I still prefer to avoid porn altogether to be safe, just like any former alcoholic has to stay sober at all times so that they don't fall back.

  5. 99% of the things you say I disagree with but I kinda agree with you here. I wouldn't consider losing virginity with a girl on Tinder a success. Hope she was clean and that the OP has been tested since. STD's isn't a myth.

That's fine if you have a different perspective from mine. STDs aren't a myth, but neither are condoms. I'm perfectly fine, no worries.
I feel the obligation to make up for the life I lost during my younger years, so I try to gain new experiences wherever I can - including, but not limited to sexual experiences. I'm not religious, so there's nothing sacred about virginity or sex from my point of view.

what you have done is really inspiring and the way you wrote made it more inspiring to people like me. I am gonna be 24 and still a virgin. I spent my whole college life fapping and watching movies instead of going out and make friends and girlfriend. I am struggling to find a good job. I am sure PMO plays a huge part of me being a loser. so I am trying to quit this addiction for good. when my urges are strong I just read your story again and again and the urges go away. Thanks mate.
I have a few questions to ask, answer them If you don't mind.
Did PMO affected your studies and career? If yes, how? And then being PMO free make you any success in financial condition and your life style? Is girls in your country are difficult to get and very orthodox like here in India?

Thanks for the kind words, I'm glad that I can act as an example for someone who struggles. To answer your questions:
    1. Studies and career: I don't think it affected my studies in any major way, I had pretty good grades throughout high school (graduated with the highest score I could possibly get) and even at university, I never really struggled. I think that had I been more disciplined and used my free time productively (instead of PMO), I could have got more from it, e.g. a part-time job that could give me work experience. I'm much better off than I was before, however, I believe it's more about being disciplined in general - quitting PMO is just a small part of that, so don't get too hung up on it.
    2. Girls: my country is quite literally the least religious country in the world (or one of the least religious)... I suppose that answers your question. That doesn't mean it's a free for all or that everyone just sleeps around with whomever they please, the reality is that most people still prefer to stay in monogamous relationships (especially as they get older). However, as I've experienced multiple times myself, it's very possible to end up in bed with a girl on a first date and it doesn't have to mean anything (to my actual surprise).

That must be true. I though if I am pmo free I will get whatever I want, I'll study hard, get a good job and get a girlfriend. I believed if I am pmo free I will achieve everything. But now I understand it is not true at all( I went 112 days pmo free but that didn't make me any better while having this thought of Nofap is everything). Like you wrote(like I understood), It's just a tool to help me take those first steps inorder to achieve what I really desire, like coming out of my comfort zone and developing healthy habits and do the real work. But continue doing it is upto me and my discipline. Thanks for writing that, I really appreciate it.
Thanks for your time and you. stay blessed!

A lot of people on this site seem to seriously believe that keeping your hands off your penis and your eyes away from porn will give you some supernatural powers. It will not. It can serve as a crutch to get over your shyness or social anxiety if that's the problem you need to deal with, but that's about it, you still need to deal with those issues yourself. That doesn't mean there's no value in staying PMO-free (I'm on NoFap too), but I guess you get the point. Discipline and the will to get out of your comfort zone on a regular basis go hand in hand, you need to exercise that and your life will indeed get better.
Moving out of your country seems like a great way to get some serious out-of-comfort-zone experience, so that's what I'm looking into once I finish my studies (maybe even sooner than that).

I would disagree fully on the part where you said that "it's OK in small amounts". Drugs cannot be OK in small amounts - they are drugs after all. Eliminating drugs from one's life will ALWAYS be the better choice. It shan't be used "in moderation", it shall be completely avoided at any cost. Ask yourself: How does porn benefit you? Where is the "benefit" is seeing naked men and females having sex with each other? (not going into the "other genres" here).

I've fucked up my last streak of 111 Days of NoPMO. Fighting this since Sept. 2016 and planning to keep fighting this addiction until the very last breath!

    Victory will be ours!

Well,, how does it benefit you to drink a glass of beer every now and then? It seems harmless up until you develop an alcohol problem. And of course, if you're a recovering alcoholic, you should avoid it altogether and stay sober at all times. The comparison with porn seems fair to me. But yeah, the realization that I was spending a fair amount of my valuable time looking at naked people on a screen was one of the main reasons that made me quit PMO completely.
I don't think you should beat yourself up about breaking your streak... it's not a numbers game, it's about how you evolve as a person. Only you can assess that, but I assume you've gone a long way since you started. 111 days of staying PMO-free requires a LOT of discipline and dedication (it certainly did for me). Stay strong and keep it up!
