    I'm in 4th day of Nofap and I had sexual thoughts today for 5 minutes and suddenly I find I'm lubricated down there with liquid oozing out .Is it precum .And what does it signify.I'm 20 and male

    It is precum and it's completely normal especially in your age group. It does mean sexual arousal and usually takes more than 5 minutes. Suggest take care that those "thoughts" don't lead to triggering

    If you want to give up porn then you need to stop fantasising about sex.

    You have semen or seminal fluid, which is the viscous transparent fluid that you are describing. When you ejaculate you release this fluid which will also contain sperm cells swimming around inside i.e. the white cloudy stuff. Seminal fluid and sperm are stored separately in the body and when the body is preparing for sex they are mixed together. What you describe is the result of the sperm and semen being mixed together but hasn't been released.

    Not completely correct. Precum is produced in the prostate and urethra. It does contain some active sperm and can occasionally cause pregnancy. It is released during sexual excitement but is different to cum which is only produced at orgasm and is sperm and gland fluids mixed together.

    It's not a relapse, kinda normal considering your age. You do need to stop thinking of those sexual thoughts and instead do something else with that time. Like maybe go for a run or take a cold shower whenever you feel tempted to think about sex. This is not a good thing as your configuring your brain to precum very quickly, which means you'll last less time when you actually have sex.

    Apologies for causing confusion. As above, any activity that leads to precum leakage is sexual action either M or person to person sex
