Visual example on how I feel after relapsing

So yesterday I saw a movie a friend of mine recommended me. The name of the movie is "Maniac" featuring Elijah Wood and it's about a troubled man that goes on a killing spree. My friend told me "I was seeing the movie and I thought about you". She knows about my social anxiety, not my porn addiction. Anyway, this is the scene I'm talking about:


The guys starts having a headache and starts thinking everyone is looking at him. I laughed a little beacuse that's exactly how I feel now that I relapsed again. Anyone else feels this way?
