    I have been with visual snow for almost 6 months later images derealization cerebral snow. Flying flies phenomenal blue field.
    This started after masturbating and watching porn. Before that I was fine.
    I have not been masturbating for 57 days

    Have any of you recovered from the same symptoms with NoFap?
