It's bad for your health to take such a dosage long-term, as mentioned.
Agreed, high dose is short-term
I have been struggling with flatline for a while. I heard a lot about B6 so I'm going to try it.
I've also started taking Maca, L-Argenine, and Panax Ginseng recently.
So I took 100 mg in the morning, and I felt like it still somewhat interfered with my sleep. Like I wasn't fully in a deep sleep. I think I am going to try cutting the dosage in half, like cut the pill in half so I am getting only 50 mg and then see how that feels.
Yeah, try it. It's trial and error, have to find the best dose for YOU. We are all different. B6 is working for me so far, now the big test is if it's working for a longer time..
How often is a good idea to cycle out?
Have you tried Zincovit? It's smashing nice and it's inexpensive. It has all those stuff.
Update: Tried B-complex and b-6 (both and also separately)
Positive: Huge motivation, decreased need for sugar kicks, less flatline (except brain fog), laughing again etc.
Negative: Huge brain fog, feeling spaced out and sometimes brutal headaches..
Conclusion for me: It will work for most people, but because of the increased brain fog I need to stop with this. I will try to eat a lot of foods with b6 instead and hope for the best.
Any input on why it's causing more brain fog and headache are welcomed
I still have brain fog as well, however I felt it wasn't as much as before. I could be wrong.
Also, how many mgs was the B-6 you tried?
EDIT: I've also been taking cold showers daily, doing cardio, and lifting heavy. That could be a difference too but I'm not sure.

Last time i felt fog free was when i was taking librax for stomach issues which happens to be a mild anxiolytic
From 25 to 100 mg, more motivation the higher dose but the brain fog is too much..
I think that 100 mg may just be too much for some people. I found that out for myself. 50 mg for me is just about right, and doesn't interfere with my sleep.
Feeling the difference? No flatline?
I started with 200 mg for 2 days then switched to 100 mg. Honestly I didn't feel that big of a difference between the two doses.
Maybe a little muscle weakness with the 200 mg, no brain fog or probably just a little bit.
I am also taking L-Argenine, Longjack, Maca, and Panax Ginseng. I'm not sure about flatline changes yet, but my libido is definitely up.

Now, after a day without the b-complex and b-6, the brain fog is starting to go away but now I entered the dark flatline again. Makes me sad that something is working well on getting you out of the flatline but gives you brain fog instead. Frustrating...
I'm just wondering, you're 345 days PMO free and still in flatline?

It can take up to 2 years to recover, hopefully it will not take one more year..
I just bought a Super B complex that contains 50 mg of B6. Felt great with the full span of B vitamins.
B-complex is the right choice (it contains 1-5 mg of B6), because its kinda unhealthy to take that much of B6.
You can increase the dosage by eating B6 foods like Bananas or nuts. I think that way is healthier. But I also respect your opinion cuz Im not a doctor.
