But there are high dose B-complexes upp to 100 mg of b-6

I have taken less b-6 to see if the brain fog disappears and I have less brain fog with less b-6. The only problem is that it does not have as good effect on the flatline now.

well since you have gone a year and you are 40, you should have been rebooted for the most of 7 months(thats the maximum time of withdrawal).
There should be something else that slows ya down. See if something elses stops you, maybe you still wanna seek at pornhub or edging ?

Withdrawal can take up to 2 years if you are unlucky.

I have had sex and have had orgasm during this time, so it takes a little longer time. I'm not worried, just taking day by day at the moment.

I have no desire to watch porn or masturbation ever again, that's the best with NoFap :)

This B complex I noticed is making Sergeant Sausage stand at full attention in the morning. WOW!

I'm a skeptic when it comes to these things, but everyone is different.

To me supplements should always be a last resort. Altering diet, exercise, and sleep habits should always be the first step to get your body working like it is supposed to IMO.

Yes, but during recovery I think it's okay to use therapeutic doses to recover faster and when cured/healed return to the normal doses from food.

I dont have the bottle with me right now, but i remember that for B6 it has 50mg. You can look it up on amazon though, it is Doctor's Best Super B Complex is the name if I remember correctly.

  11. I did some research and read that B6 isn’t safe. Anyone know anything about this?

Over 100 mg is not safe

  13. It said even in normal doses it shouldn’t be taken

B6 is working of removing the flatline for me, but like I said before, it causes huge brain fog and my thoughts are all over the place. Makes me really sad, because the drive and the motivation I have when taking b6 is amazing. It's really hard to always hit a brick wall every damn time. Fall 10 times, rise 11...

  15. How does it provide cognitive benefits (removing the flatline) and negatives (brain fog) at the same time? That doesn’t really make sense. Or the benefits you’re talking about purely physical (more energy)? Thanks for the reply

    Energy, motivation etc.

Yeah, I know it sounds crazy. But I think it has something to do with the chemical imbalance in the neurotransmitters somehow. I don't have the knowledge to go any further than that :/

  17. That’s okay. Maybe you should try a loser dose but I’m sure you’ve already done that by now.
I just ordered some I’ll update my personal experience on here.
I’m just kinda scared because I read it can cause nerve damage and other serious side effects. I don’t wanna fuck around and mess myself up over a damn supplement lol.

You have to go over 200 mg to reach nerve damage

Since getting on B vitamins my libido and erections have been off the charts. I gotta find a girl to hump.

I am not an expert, in fact I'm just starting to experiment with supplements for my reboot, but I wanted to share that you could investigate something called L-Tyrosine. Some claim it helps rebuild damaged dopamine receptors. I wouldn't turn yourself into a lab experiment but it could be worth researching.

I love what JesusGreen shared about B6. That is something I'm going to start taking immediately.

Good luck and report what you find!
