Vitex

I am taking Vitex to stop my wet dreams. If my balls shrivel up into a labia then so be it. I am sick of waking up with wet dreams!

It is supposed to cause the pituitary to increase progesterone and stop prolactin, thus decreasing libido and even refractory period. I will let you guys know how it goes and if I develop a vagina.

 

I have been drinking the tea (chasteberry) for about a week. I had a wet dream a few days ago, but had very little urge for recividism.

Now I am stepping it up a notch and taking 1200mg capsules 3 times daily. That should be enough to shut my nuts down, guys.

 

So I woke up this morning twice with the worst feeling of hangover ever after terrible dreams.

The first dream was a horrible panic as if I were trying to break out of sleep paralysis. It was a terrifying shock and felt like I was dying. Fortunately it didn't last long and I fell back asleep shortly.

The second dream was about a huge bag of cocaine that a family member brought over. It was supposed to be community property, but I was hogging this thing like a black man and a box of Popeyes chicken. I remember I had my face buried in it in the back seat of a car while a nameless person passed his head through the solid trunk area and started doing lines when he could. The main thing I remember about this dream was that no matter how much blow I shoved into my nose I couldn't get high. I guess that's a good sign?

I dropped my phone today and have been feeling completely lackadaisical. Hopefully this is only a result of this fortnight's wet dream.

The capsules are definitely doing something. I will stop wetting the bed if it means my nuts are to fall off and disappear into a storm drain!

Apparently testicular atrophy is one of the side-affects of this herb. Oh well, at least I wont be sperming the bed anymore.

 

Day 1

I have this problem that my junk is so sensitive I can just ejaculate without any friction (hand).

Sometimes I will be lying there in bed and suddenly become aroused. I try to switch on my mediate program, but often it doesn't work. I end up lying there and, losing the will to keep my thoughts straight, I end up ejaculating.

Today, and on other days I just let it out, figuring I didnt have much choice in the matter due to my history of wet dreams.

I feel like get no satisfaction out of anything. Its been a couple days since I spooged myself. It feels like the walls of satisfaction and reward are all collapsing on me.

I used to feel so sure of imminent happiness. It seems all the successes and work that I've done in my life has all been useless.

I am trying desparately to rid myself of desire. The desire to rid myself of emotional pain may be the strongest. Maybe when that trumps my desire for sexual fulfillment, I will be heading somewhere.

There was a time when goodwill and sweet tenderness was the most important feeling that I clung to.

Where is the switch that turns it all off? The pain is excruciating - but I sleep in air conditioned walls!

Sorry, no, I dont feel any dependence except for to clean my soul. It is a pain to have in my system.

I had a dream last night I was in battle. I had a smooth curved blade and I kept hacking at this guy. After a long fight I started sawing on the guy and as I felt myself cutting into his members (legs and arms) I got the sensation of an imminent orgasm.
