Vivid dreams

    Can someone explain to me why the last five nights in a row Iv'e had very deep lucid dreams?

    Couple days ago, I had 3 dreams in one sleeping cycle. Absolutely insane.

    2 out of those 5 nights included a wet dream.

    - On my first run of NOFAP I literally had no dreams, and maybe 1 wet dream.


    I'm a post veteran who completed over 9 months of NoFap, and PMO. Ended up relapsing 2 half months ago. Watched porn 2-3x a day PMO.

    managed to quit again 10 days ago, after re-entering the dating scene and not being able to perform.

    I have had a few sexual lucid dreams for the last few days too. They didn't occur before that. I guess the mind is just trying to cope with not using porn scenario and wants to get the fix from dreams.
