Day 1 /30 I woke up at 10:46
Count me in. Been struggling with this habit lately. I am determined to wake up at 5 am everyday to get my morning routines in place.
Day 0 after 10 month regularly failing on nofap.
From tommorow inshaallah i will wake up at 6:00 Am
Today i woke up at 8:45 am.
Its good for me from 11 am to 8:45 am.
I will make it better very soon, i am waiting for some days then i got my energy.
Day 0/30 I will start waking up @ 10:45 everyday
Put me in Day 0 . I will wake up at 7AM sharp.
I got up at 5:30 Am, and I exercised for 25 min
i’d like to join this group and i want to wake up every morning at 5 am. And go to bed at before 9:30 pm.

So, I got up today at 5, it‘s not being such of a rush and if tomorrow is gonna be like that too I‘m gonna stop this challenge.
I woke up @ 5:30 am today, I run 2 miles like crazy and I'm feeling fantastic
Which app do you use to track miles completed?
I am in. Goal is to get up at 06:00 AM.
For a change, I would be watching movies till 07:30, and then proceed to start getting fresh etc. Unconventional methods work for me

I woke up at 5:00am in the morning and I run 2miles, and I feel great.
I have problem in sleeping at night so it's very difficult for me to wake up but i want to.
Any idea how to sleep sharp at laying on bed.
