Yes, i find myself doing this too. I found a great article about this and how it may affect the reboot. I want to change this.

Completely relate to this. I think that's what makes our problem harder to deal with than other addictions. You have to leave your house, and you cant put your eyes out. How do you not see this stuff?
So how do you not oogle a good looking women? I don't know man. I think that those of you who are younger have a bigger issue with it hormonally speaking. I'm a bit older perhaps and I'm to the point where, and I should also add that specifically while looking at porn, I would say to myself;"Havent I seen it all already?" How many times do I have to go through this...Ive literally seen it thousands of times. Maybe as I age it settles a little bit. Still its difficult. You just have to look away.

Me too, but I am trying to avert my gaze (or not look at all which is almost impossible) and purge my mind of sexual thoughts. This is going to take a lot of re-conditioning. I don't think it will ever go away (it's all about propagation of the species), but I can certainly minimize it it.
