wanna see man as they're trully are

I'm a 25 years old gay guy.

I started this challenge becouse i wanna be able to talk to men without sexualizing them. Whenever i see a guy, i never look in the eyes first. I always look at some body parts (if you know what i mean). i can't control it. I'm always seeing them as a sexual toy. I wanna be able to talk and even have a friendship with a guy, but now it's almost impossible . It's been 2 years i do meditation, but the problem was never solved. I wanna know what NoFap can do about it. It's hard writing here 'cause English is not my main language.
