I can relate as I used to do similar things. I am a victim of CSA from a guy and that skewed my brain. I'm only able to have connection with my wife and those boxes get checked but then I have the messed up desire of a guy that's i not checked. You have to take time and work through things to break out the extra junk. Once it's removed you can see clearer and know what to do. All of this is generalized but I hope it helps. Cut off porn. I had serious problem with gay stuff etc and after 40+ days its fading away. I couldnt fap to normal P, i needed gay P. I couldnt get hard. I developed myself PIED and could not have sex with my GF.
