Do not worry brother.
We will get up and get back. This journey is not like a short sprint but a long marathon. If we are lacking for some time that does not we mean we can not come back. And belive me we will come back with a greater power and greater abilities.
And as your friend correctly says: " We are the man of spirit" and a spirit soul has infinite potential and qualities which we yet have to discover.
So, get back to work for a Good life, you would love to live

I changed my mindset, counting days is basically counter-productive for me,... I will make a long-ass post about my internal changes when I have 6 abs pack (around 6 months)
