Was there one thing, above others, which allowed you to abstain from PMO?

    For example, I recently stopped smoking marijuana.

    Coincidentally, I have been able to abstain from PMO for longer than (almost) ever before.

    All-consuming hatred of everyone in the industry and everyone who gives them second chances. They're using you and laughing all the way to the bank, harden your hearts.

    EXACTLY the same experience here! Whenever I smoke weed all I can think about it is porn or sex if I'm alone. Now that I don't smoke, the intensity of the urges have the volume turned down drastically. That was really all it took. I never have those "bad" days anymore where all I think about it PMO. I'm the same every day now. There's basically nothing that triggers me anymore and since I'm always sober it's very easy to make the better choice when tempted.

    Quitting other negative habits such as video gaming, junk food binging etc helps a tonne.

    I'm on my longest streak ever, and one of my new habits is that I've started meditating 15 to 30 minutes a day. What I will do also is to cut alcohol, as when I get home drunk after going out I feel like I need to PMO (I remember staying up for 3-4 hours PMOing in the past).

    Nice.

    I can relate. It does seem like both alcohol and marijuana may be triggers.
