Was this a wet dream?

Hey people,

This is a repost from my log. Hope I can get some insight from experienced guys out there!

So this morning something very odd happened and I still cant understand what it was. I believe it was a wet dream. But I am really hoping I didn't prone in my sleep. Although I always sleep on my stomach, I never used to masturbate during sleep thank god even though I've read other people have. Anyway, I was having sex in my dream, not sure with who but it was almost like I could feel it. And while starting to wake up, the dream was ending and I could feel my penis throbbing about to blow. And I tried to hold back because at this point I was up but no luck I came but it was not a lot, almost like it dribbled out and was not a ton. I am confused now. I had sex last weekend so it was not like I have not released recently. My counter right now is without porn or masturbation. Another thing, I've had a sensation of blue balls recently for whatever reason. Could that be it and my body needed to let it go? To this point I can't recall ever having a wet dream even during early teens/puberty.
