Wasting so many hours makes no sense

Hi, I'm 46 and acknowledge that I have a real addiction to fapping.

I work from home a lot and can spend several hours a day viewing porn looking for that one video that will give me that hit. How crazy is that? I totally accept that it is pathetic but I just can't stop. But that is about to change.

I want to start by giving up porn. I feel that will be easier than giving up masturbating (I'll handle that once I have the porn viewing under control).

The search for porn is what takes the time in my case. If I can cut that out I will be more productive by several hours a day, which is important with a struggling business.

I will start with 7 days no porn. Easier said than done I know, but I honestly feel that reporting it here will help. Today will be my first full day so 7 more to go. Working from home tomorrow so that will be harder.
