Is it a relapse if you choose to watch p in a lucid dream?

for those who may not know, a lucid dream is where you are aware of what is going on and can control the dream.

at first, I was dreaming, I was choosing not to get aroused but then in the dream in which I was aware I ended up saying f it and watching it.

I didn’t p m or o in real life but woke up with a boner.

My question is, did I relapse?

I would like more information on this too. Because I doubt very much its a relapse.
For the past few nights I've been having dream of fapping and well was PMO. For me it wasn't lucid though, it was like watching the thing play out before me.
The problem for me was last nights dream was so vivid it was like I was watching porn and I could not preceive a difference.
Honestly, its like waking up from a nightmare when I have these dreams, because I wake up like "OH NO! I FAPPED!!" then I realise.

It would be interesting to know though because I don't think about porn or fapping during the day at all, but I do have the odd sexual thought over a partner.
But does the dream activate the same pathways as watching porn? Because like I said it was so vivid I may as well have been watching it.
Thats what I want to know.

@Pathofsuccess_1, it's your reboot, your relapse rules. But I think
    • If you watch porn it is a relapse
    • If you dream about watching porn it is not a relapse
    • If you chose to dream about watching porn it is a relapse
    • If you dream about chosing to dream about watching porn it is not a relapse
    • If you chose to dream about choosing to dream about watching porn it is a relapse
    • If you dream about chosing to dream about choosing to dream about watching porn it is not a relapse
    • If you choose to dream about chosing to dream about choosing to dream about watching porn it is a relapse
    • If you dream about choosing to dream about chosing to dream about choosing to dream about watching porn it is not a relapse
    • If you chose to dream about choosing to dream about chosing to dream about choosing to dream about watching porn it is a relapse
    • ...

I wouldn’t even began to consider unintentional and unaware p dreams to be a relapse. Is that what your talking about?

I concur. Yes, it is a relapse.

  7. Thanks for this, mate. I'll now have total clarity about my recovery status if I ever enter into some kind of Inception-style scenario.

Let me be clear, I knew I shouldn’t be doing it, but I forgot exactly why in the dream state , maybe I was 80% lucid, but I didn’t think it would be a big deal.

I did not orgasm, but I woke up 70% erect. I quickly got it to go away, but it was weird.

I knew I should of been staying away from it but I wasn’t completely aware of why in the moment.

I had the urge to strongly, but I didn’t touch or watch anything whatsoever when I was completely and actually conscious 100%

I guess what I’m asking is, what would you do if this happened to you. I really don’t want to relapse.

i can refuse to relapse all day long , I just want to know that if I do my streak and benefits won’t be ruined.

This is definitely not a relapse. You have very little control over what your subconscious does when you are asleep. Not to mention that a dream won't make your dopamine levels spike like engaging in PMO will when you're awake.

Yeah it was, I had no control over it.
