    16 Days no PMO. P today. Just had a really bad urge and my willpower snapped. Thankfully I didn't touch myself in any way.

    Funny thing though, I was not as aroused as I would have been 2 weeks ago. I didn't even get hard usually I would always get very hard when I watch that stuff.

    For me this I a great sign of change.
