watching/doing pmo hurts me

    i keep on being optimistic every day. saying to myself "remember this date, it was the last time you will ever masterbait" and after two to three days i'm finding myself saying this again. i must to have a partner for the struggel or i'm gonna brake!

    I agree with the keeping control of your hands.
    Also keep your mind busy. Give your self tasks to do rather than just sitting around. Don't allow your self to have free time. An idle mind will wander

    Thank you guys for all the support!
    I do try to make my self as busy as i can. i work from 7am to 7pm, i take cold showers and I ride my bikes 90min a day for exersice. And I do fill all of this things helping me, I wont deny it, but i think the real reason i still can't stop my self is because I have tryed so many times and failed untill I'm just lost my belief in myself and I don't know how to get that back...
