Watching porn count as relapse?

    Hey guys I've recently started nofap and im on day 10 so far so good no M. But I sometimes ( so far 2 times) looked up porn intentionally without stimulation. Does this mean I have to start over? I am aware that I should probably stop doing that and I will but I don't know if I have to start counting from 1 again.
    Help is appreciated.

    Well as someone that has been doing NoFap for a few months now I would say you aren't relapsing since you are still new and learning but in the future you really shouldn't be looking at porn as it's just going to make it tougher and tougher to do NoFap. For me I consider looking at porn a relapse because I am really trying to quit porn. But honestly it depends a lot on what your own goals are.

    Is it your goal quit to PMO? Or just M?
    There are a lot of threads/posts talking about how you CANNOT separate pornography and masturbation.. So honestly I could say it was a relapse.. still be proud of your strength..
    Maybe you can restart your counter to the last day that you didnt watch P.
