I've seen many threads where people are unable to escape from the grasps of PMO.
I've a few suggestions of my own -
1. Delete all porn stuff (or fetish related stuff) immediately the moment you want to start no PMO.
2. Exhaust your body daily (by jogging, exercising etc.)
3. Meditate daily without fail. It will clear your mind from the built up mental stress and boost your mental energy.
4. Staying indoors is bad. Whenever you feel down, or tired; don't take rest. Instead take a cold shower (Optional) and go out for a walk.
5. When you lie down, don't try to do anything else even if your mind screams. Just close eyes and stay put.
6. Last but not the least try to keep your hands to yourself and be patient.
If you keep following this mantra I'm sure you'll see improvements in the near future.
