Ways to make this easier???

  1. Hello everybody,

    I'm a 23 year old virgin. My overall goal it to leave P and M permanently, but to start I've set myself a full month sans PMO. I've had many relapses since February when I started, but this time I'm going to make it!!!

    The longest I have gone without PMO is three weeks, I relapsed because I alowed myself edging and looking at erotic images (not really P)

    So this time I'm trying completely hands-off and no sexy images AT ALL, but I'm only a week in and i feel its harder than before!!!!

    I suppose edging let off some steam.

    So anybody have some tips on how to make this easier?

    I'm not afraid of relapsing, I have promised an oath to myself and God so I dare not. But I would like to make it smoother, I'm having trouble with my imagination, and I'm hopelessly lusting after almost ANY woman i see. Also I've had a ripping headache since yesterday, is this related/normal?

    This is normal and don't be afraid of relapses. Learn from them whenever they happen. Try smarter everytime you fail.

    The worst reboots are from prone masturbation. 4-8 weeks in considered the minimum amount of time one needs to reboot to try to have a regular orgasm in any other position.
