We must be careful searching online!

Just a small story of frustration here...

Today I'm doing something productive, looking up information about colleges to study at next year.

I simply typed in a college name and it came up with a few stats and next to it, pictures of past students that were notable. I was intrigued to see who went where.

One woman had a career in media, and after clicking on her first picture, the search came up with multiple pictures that included a suggestive promotional shoot...

Very quickly I felt my brain starting to buzz, seriously. I closed that and deleted my history, but it's crazy how close I was to relapsing!

I want to 'reset' and have a healthy relationship with a girl. Just hope I can avoid the picture traps that are like land mines in my journey to a reboot.

 

Unfortunately I have to use it quite a bit, study and work applications mainly.

Last few days have been better though. I'm using the internet less overall, and if something tempting happens like it did today then I shut the computer down and go outside

 

So K9 blocks nude stuff as well as p.sites? sounds good I'll have a look at that today!

I did try going into custom data stuff and entering sites specifically to block, but came to a technical roadblock eventually. And if K9 blocks nudes that would be great, because it really is just triggering stuff in searches that gets me.

Almost every relapse I ended up using my laptop to watch p, so makes sense to make that process more difficult when the urges get that bad again.
