Weak erections

Still suffering mate I am an extreme case though fapped with a limp dick for a for a year or two when I found nofap and the last five years have been on and off nofap, relapsing which does even more damage. I have had morning woods and spontaneous erections albeit weak and they haven’t been often. I also get these little twitches in my cock now and again. It just takes a long fucking time for people like us we have to accept it.

I know it works because the first time I ever had a streak of 77 days I watched porn and had a rock hard erection and didn’t even stroke the fella and visually was stimulated enough to ejaculate without even using my hands, that was back in 2013.

 

Mate I ain’t gonna lie. When I first relapsed I reckon I could of been cured within a month or two my erection was something like when I was 15 and was scared to stand up in class for having a diamond cutter that’s how it hard it was. Even looking at a bird on the bus gave me an animalistic urge like I never had since 15-16 (libido) that disappeared after the relapse.

Relapsing on and off has made my life a misery I have not gone anywhere in terms of recovery. Only when you seriously come to terms that you can never watch porn again or test and shit. I’m not even sure about regular mo to sensation for me as I think it’s so hardwired and I think that throws me off for the time being.

All I’ll say is just keep going with the process and don’t fucking relapse mate whatever you do otherwise you’ll be asking the same questions like me years later, that’s what I’ve learned.
