What makes you think that you can't do it bro? Tell me! I had been thinking all my life that I wuold not ever solve my problems because I'm not bravo or good enough to do it. Let me tell you my story. I'm Italian and since I was in the middle school I used to get bullied by other people for reasons I still don't even know but I didn't give a shit of them. Ok, they kind of ruined my middle school period but when you get older you begin to be rational and so you think with your own mind. But still, even If I was more adult then before I still couldn't do anything about my daily life (I didn't know why), I used to masturbate dayly, even 3/4 a times per day and I didn't want to see anyone until came to my mind that I had been so bad in my life because I had no social life. So asked myself "why I have no social life?" And I understood that I improsoned myself with masturbation to porn. Since this moment on I had keep trying hard mode P.M. no O. And I actually saw my first results. The moral Is that you should face the problem because you actually can. May God help you
