I'm currently reading Erin Dies Alone http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/comicsandcosplay/comics/erin-dies-alone - Erin is a shut in who finds herself meeting various video game characters. From what I've gathered so far the different characters represent different aspects of her psyche?

http://www.darthsanddroids.net/ Star Wars as if it were a D&D style game. Not so much humorous as it is a different look at the saga (imo). It's been ongoing since 2007.

http://www.irregularwebcomic.net/ Largely lego based, with the writer sometimes inserting himself into the comics. Lots of Indiana Jones references.

http://www.prequeladventure.com/2011/03/prequel-begin/ Prequel Adventure, loosely based off of TES: Oblivion. The panels are animated, the events were partially driven by reader input, they even mix in some mini games and some pretty cool effects every now and then. Discontinued, but the writer occasionally shows up for cash grabs and empty promises of new content. What is available is still worth a read through in my opinion. The comment section is still very active for some reason despite the lack of updates.
