Hello guys I am new in this community and I really want to vent out.

First I want to say thanks for reading. I am not a English native speaker and I ask for your patient if you don't understand what I am saying.

I have a weed addiction since 2013 and probably fap addiction since 2014. Honestly I have never had problems talking with ppl or socializing at school but I have a deeper depression that is driving me crazy.

I have a sex problem now, I can't come when I have sex and is so hard for me to feel pleasure having sex. I tried everything, hookers, hot girl from school and now that I have a girlfriend who I live with, is impossible for me to come sometimes and when I do it is only is I am high. For me the sex is no worth it any more. It feels like I won't have and orgasm again.

I used to fap 3 time per day every day for years and now I feel so bad. Even though I can get erections for a long time and I can give pleasure to a girl I feel empty. Because of the pornografi industry I always thought that sex is long, rough, rude, pleasure... but now I can't have any good feeling again.

My couple is awere of my problem but Idk why I always come back to Masturbation after a few days.

Thanks. If you have something to say to me, say so...

Today is my 5 day without fapping and it is so hard.
  2. I would recommend for you to remember what you enjoy doing before when you were younger or at some point at life, you need to look for a thing which you were doing and made you focused, concentrated and felt happy doing it, such as: cooking food, reading book, go for a walk or ride a bike. Try to do these things, it's gonna be like distraction. Because if you gonna sit still and do nothing, bad thoughts, sensation will come up, but if you make your hands and mind busy-you will avoid urges and such.

Sometimes we need to take baby steps my man. You're 5 days in and you haven't masturbated you're doing well. Don't be discouraged, the first week was the hardest for me because you're so used to just masturbating and sometimes not even for pleasure. Sometimes it could be because you're bored and need to pass the time.

I know you're in pain. You're already in pain why not get a reward from it? Have a goal. For me personally I'm going for 30 and I'm at day 12. it's been hard but I'm not letting my temptations override my goal. I refuse. That's what I learnt on this jjourney so far; stubbornness. And because of this stubbornness I am starting to do things that will help.

Don't waver my friend. Keep going. You feel like you're going to fail dig deeper. Discipline your mind to override the temptations of your body.

All the best my friend. Keep steadfast.

You have become dependent on this drug. You should give it up. I used to smoke weed nearly everyday but I haven't smoked weed in over 2 years. I'll give you some advice on how to quit.

You have to fully accept and appreciate what it feels like to be sober. No getting around that. It may sound like that is boring. But stick through it. Eventually you will learn how to have fun without weed and you won't need it.

Also, don't think of weed as a stress reliever rather think of it as a source of stress. If you are able to put yourself in this mindset you won't even want weed.

Assuming you are in a state or country without legal marijuana then you should delete your dealers numbers. You cut off the supply that way. Also if all your friends are pot heads you should either find new friends or find something new to do with your friends.

Also don't make the mistake of replacing weed with alcohol. One time my main drug dealer moved away so I started drinking. By the time I got another dealer I had become an alcoholic. Then I was an alcoholic and a pot head and that's no good. But today I am a sober fellow and I like it like that.

Also this part is obvious but stop watching porn. It isn't good for you.

Sharing things with others is also a huge help! Having an accountability partner and letting people know that you have fallen over in your recovery makes it a lot easier to get back up. If you're looking for an accountability partner, DM me, I'd definitely be willing to help you out!

Also, be weary of different patterns of behavior that you exhibit. Us addicts typically create negative cycles that drive our addiction forward. They can be short term and long term too. For example, I have triggers that typically cause me really intense urges after these triggers occur. Things like the last person leaving where I live or turning on my computer or even hearing a certain song are all triggers for me. There's long term stuff too; for example, I'll go on a 3 hour porn binge and not study for an exam/do my homework, then I get stressed because I feel like I'm not ready at all to the exam, which leads me to act out more, continuing the cycle. If you can find your cycles and triggers, it will give you a huge insight and you can stop yourself more quickly from acting out because you are aware of what's going on.

Just thought I give you some advice, I'm new to noFap, but I've been trying to recover for 3 months now, and I've learned a decent amount in that time frame. Granted, I am by no means an expert.

I wish you the best of luck! It sounds like you're taking big strides in trying to beat this! Stay focused, and take it day by day!
