Weekends

    Fridays and weekends are always the worst for me, I end up more miserable compared to during the week while I am more focused in a strict routine, I kinda get more lonely. Do you guys can relate to that?

    I'd agree, to an extent. I never used to be a social person, the occasional weekend drink but after a while that just stopped, after a while I started to spend all weekend either gaming non-stop or worse... Since starting NoFap weekends/time off work has been tricky for me, so I always try to plan at least something to do on a Saturday, even if its not super exciting I try to at least do something different. It hasn't always gone well, but keeping busy on weekends is part of my NoFap journey.
