Weird behaviour getting out of hand

Hi everyone. New to the site just joined tonight when a feeling of utter shame washed over me when thinking about my recent behaviour.

I've known for a while I have some issues, had some trouble with exhibitionism when a young teen, got into trouble for that etc.

Always had problems with compulsively watching porn.... voyeurism when staying in hotels etc, recently seem to have a new disturbing habit of cruising instagram for hot girls and making them snapchat offers of money for photos. No idea where to go next.

I guess the first bit is to accept I am messed up which has really hit home tonight, so that's me.... hoping to get some support here as I become a better person and lose the permanent sense of shame.
