Sooooo after relapsing a few days ago (maybe 5 dont remember) and being in a very stressful situation where i dont know if my relationship will survive, ive started watching hentai (its my drug of choice) BUT not masturbating to it. I feel the need of getting my cock in a hard as fuck erection mode because otherwise i start to feel a void between my legs and it drives me nuts.

Im just sharing this because i feel like its gonna drive me to masturbation in no time but i dont know what to do to feel my masculinity again

I agree with @seaguy44 lifting weights makes me feel more masculine too. I also am struggling with the urge to try to get my cock hard because it has been 2 days since I last had an erection (at least the one that I was aware of). I engaged in sexting and it didn't even give me any erection.

Hey bro!

I find that talking more to girls and lifting really help my masculinity. You have to find your masculinity

Yeah i get what you mean. To add to my problems i have an injury in my shoulder tahts been bothering me for the past year and no one seems to know wtf it is or how to help, and i prevents me from lifting... wich i loved doing.i guess everything combined led to my downfall huh? :/

I know right? It sucks and everytime i remember how a rock hard erection felt like i get anxious. I guess i need to relax a little huh?

You also have a shoulder injury? I had an impinged right shoulder which affected my shoulder mobility and produced pain when doing certain movements. I read up on it and did some rotator cuff strengthening exercise. I realized the reason for my impinged shoulder is too much forward pull from my upper chest muscles (which I got a bit carried away developing and neglecting the opposite muscles). My shoulder was a problem for a year and a half, and I was afraid to play badminton or do wall climbing.

And yeah, this urge/ tingling feeling in the cock sucks. :(

Another suggestion:

Dress sharp can really help your masculinity.

I was wearing a suit and tie because I had to go to a business meeting out of all places: Starbucks! When I entered Starbucks, to my surprise, everyone looked at me! Girls looked at me, which is really nice! So I started to dress sharp and start to groom really well.

Take care of your body
Take care of your mind
Take care of your soul
Wear a suit and tie because it commands RESPECT from people
Shave everyday or have a trimmed beard

Masculinity is all about being confident in yourself as a MAN and that will definitely get girls notice you. You can do it.

I'm in the same boat with you guys about erections. Still figuring out how to get it rock hard. This is the part of the healing journey of no PMO.

I think my shoulder thing is probably the same as you. Doctor said something about posture. Some other doctor said i had to go to surgery, but im gonna go with the posture one first. Hopefully ill be up and lifting soon enough!

ive started watching hentai
That is porn and you need to reset. "Hentai is a word of Japanese origin which is short for; a perverse sexual desire. The original meaning of Hentai in the Japanese language is a transformation or a metamorphosis. The implication of perversion or paraphilia was derived from there. English adopts and uses hentai as a genre of pornography by the commercial sale and marketing of explicit works under this label." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hentai

When you get into your reboot properly, you can expect 2 months (or more) without an erection! No sex drive and no erections are the key features of the flatline, which occurs during the healing in your brain's limbic system! So, be aware. Additionally, you need to reset because sexting is porn.

Watching porn isn't going to make you feel like a man. As others have said, lift weights, take up boxing or a grappling art, fix cars, build something, etc. Porn wasn't the answer before, and it certainly isn't now.

With regards to your shoulder problems: as another poster mentioned, it's important to have balance in your shoulders. Excessive pressing will lead to overdeveloped anterior delts. To correct this, do lots of rowing (barbells and dumbbells) and do some combination of face pulls and band pull-aparts two-three times a week. If your shoulder problems persist, it would be advisable to talk to a physical therapist.

Thanks. I still have strong urges though son maybe it's a pseudo flatline haha. But this morning I had an erection at around 6am and another one at 7am when I woke up. I tried doing kegels to keep it erect and it only lasted 6 minutes becuase I started watching this nice BBC music video on a remake of The Beach Boy's God Only Knows song. Made my morning :)

I do external rotations with a cable, also a rowing. I also use a physiotherapy band doing external rotations as well as the W exercise that they recommend (similar to band pull aparts I think). I also bought a cricket ball to massage my chest and loosed the fascia and make it more flexible. Those really helped.

Hey guys, please, I need someone to talk and carry out some kinda challenge together. I joined this group some days ago and I'm deeply addicted to transgender porn

That's good to hear. I did a lot of those types of exercises after I had surgery on my shoulder. They definitely helped strengthen it again. Since restoring it to a normal level of strength, I've made sure to include a rear delt exercise at least four times per week. As mentioned, I prefer band pull aparts and face pulls, but regular rear delt flyes are also helpful. Standard pushups are also quite beneficial. I find my shoulders start aching if I neglect to do them for a few weeks.

Either way though, the shoulders are quite complex and easily injured, so make sure to take care of them. :)

@jones stones-I joined the 180 Day Warrior Challenge a few days ago. You can find it in the Rebooting subforum. Basically, you try to make it 180 days without intentionally viewing porn or masturbating. It'll be tough, but it's important to challenge ourselves.
