weird feeling in abstinance

    @ about 20 days into my semen retention i feel weird feeling in scrotum just @ base of penis, also after urinating it feels that something is struck in there. How to get rid of this feeling ?

    Umm. Mabey try pubbacocyx exercise. I'm guessing. Research PC muscle excercise.
